The Moto X Play has been launched on 28 July, 2015 and it has been released in the gadget showrooms of Canada on August 21. The Moto X play is about to release in the mobile showrooms of the USA with the different version or name as Droid Maxx 2.

Moto X Play is selling out rapidly  because of its lower price at CA$399 only from SaskTel and Videotron, at CA$410 from Koodo and CA$499 from Bell. The price range of Droid Maxx 2 for US market does not reveal yet and it is been reportedly estimated that it would be around US$300.

The Moto X has been also released in the entire country of Europe on 14 August, 2015 and only 16GB version is available in the gadget markets of Europe for €349 but another version for 32GB is not released yet as the only price has been revealed.

However, its dull metallic look of cell phone cover is liked by only 50% of users but the organization has put so much effort to create a unique identity through reanimating its display. The display look of Motorola X Play is more reflecting and prolific than a previous version of AMOLED Moto devices that nowhere to be seen nowadays.

The sharpness of the display screen of Moto X play is better for this quite low pixel density and viewing angles are impressive and stable up to 75 degrees. Contrast is little low as compared to the other phones and it can be very hard to look at the screen in the rays of bright sunshine even keeping the brightness settings on high.

You would find a space for SIM card and micro SD (Expandable up to 128 GB) card on the upper edge of this device and the Micro-USB charging port is mounted on the bottom. The power button and volume rocker are inbuilt on the right-hand side of the phone. Moto makers also give you the choices of 14 different back covers with a great texture and the battery is mounted inside the device, but it cannot be removed separately.This new model of Motorola is 25g heavier than the previous one and 0.9 mm thicker i.e. 169g and thickness is 10.9mm.
